What It's About

This hackathon invites developers, designers, and problem solvers to build AI-powered agents that streamline workflows for private market investors — from VC to M&A.
The goal: create agent-based tools that solve real, high-friction problems faced by people who move capital and make decisions every day.
The Challenge
Build an AI Agent for Real People Doing Real Work
We're looking for teams that can scope and prototype agents that solve problems like:
Speeding up due diligence
Automate research and analysis for faster investment decisions.
Managing inbound dealflow
Streamline and prioritize potential investment opportunities.
Automating market mapping
Generate comprehensive market landscapes with minimal effort.
Simplifying investor reporting
Create clear, insightful reports from complex financial data.
You don't need deep ML experience to join. If you understand the problem, we'll help you figure out the tools.
